Bright Nickel Trivalent Chromium Plating Of Table Base
Signal Plating, Inc. large format rack electroplating line was the perfect solution for electroplating these table bases used in a hospitality application. Our ability to handle large parts enabled the customer to fully assemble the pieces before they were plated, which saved time and produced a better looking final product. Fabricated from cold rolled steel tubing, we plated the bases with a .001″ thick bright nickel-trivalent chromium finish, creating an attractive appearance and good corrosion protection. The entire project, including visual and thickness inspections, took only one week to accomplish.
